Gorgeous and unique pair of vintage prints of two famous English women. These prints are replicas of the famous paintings by English artist Thomas Gainsborough ( 1727-1778). The print of the woman with the large gray haired wig is Georgiana Cavendish, the Duchess of Devonshire. The other lady is The Honorable Mrs. Graham which were originally made between the 1770-80s time period. These look to be from about the mid century.
Both pictures are each under glass and framed in a gorgeous carved wood frame. Each measure 12 3/4 x 15 3/4 in. The print measures 9 x 12 in (judging from the cutout on the back of the picture). They are each in very fine vintage condition.
