Extremely unique antique Thomas Otley & Sons English electroplate silver oval tea caddy box. This dazzling piece can serve as a tea caddy, tea box, biscuit barrel, jewelry holder, home decor piece, or even a nick knack holder.
The piece measures 7 5/8" wide x 6 1/4" deep x 7" high. She has 4 ornate footed feet and features lovely scroll work throughout. Lid opens up smoothly & wood top is sturdy and not loose. For being over 100 years old she is in EXCELLENT vintage condition. Absolutely breathtaking piece. The fact that she has been around for so long with so much mysterious history adds to the allure of this spectacular vintage piece.
